The beauty of paradise Philippines is best expressed in the numerous Filipino songs that were composed by great Filipino composers and performed by Filipino musicians. The simplicity of the Filipino folk song which speaks of the simple Filipino way of life in the rural areas, are most often than not about the farmlands, rivers, mountains and everything related to the environment. A good example is the famous Filipino folk song, Bahay Kubo (Nipa Hut). The first stanza of this song clearly illustrates that despite the simplicity of rural life, this makes paradise Philippines a wonderful place to live in.

Bahay kubo, (Nipa Hut)

Kahit munti, (Evethough small)
Ang Halaman doon ay Sari-Sari (There are various plants surrounding it)

Another famous song which speaks of the beauty of nature is the famous upbeat song popularized by well known Filipino rockstar Sampagita, and the song is entitled “Laguna” (a province in the northern part of Luzon).

Laguna, ng ikaw ay marating ko (Laguna, when I visited you)

Para bang ako’y nagbago, (I felt something has changed in me)

kakaibang damdamin, (I felt something different)

These are just two songs that speaks of the beauty and wonderful feeling of being a Filipino living in paradise Philippines. There are still other songs, leave a comment to suggest more.
