It was one year ago when I last visited paradise Philippines’ Baguio. I enjoyed going to Baguio in paradise Philippines during this time of the year because there are few tourists and Manila folks that go here. Got a good deal on a room in a newly built five star hotel located in Kisad Road – Burnham Suites.

Baguio paradise Philippines in this time of the year is definitely cold, rainy and breezy. Despite the weather I was able to visit my favorite places in Baguio paradise Philippines.

Cafe by the Ruins – CBR had expanded their space a bit to accomodate more diners. This is one restaurant in Baguio paradise Philippines that I never failed to visit when ever I’m in Baguio. I don’t know what’s in their brewed coffee that it tastes so good. Must be the ambiance that is doing the trick.

Cafe Picarre – Located on the 2nd level of SM City Baguio mall, this cafe won me with its specialty crepe topped with vanilla ice cream. I just love the taste of melting ice cream mixing with caramel syrup while I munch on fresh slices of banana. Simply heavenly! The Banana Caramel Crepe goes well with Cafe Picarre’s Benguet Brew.

ButterFly Garden in Camp John Hay – Aside from the fact that Camp John Hay really gives me the real taste of Baguio (with all the tall pine trees scattered everywhere), one place which I like visiting in Camp John Hay is the small butterfly garden besides Figaro coffee shop. There something in this garden that makes your mind reach a tranquil state.

Baguio Public Market – Of course, a trip in Baguio paradise Philippines wouldn’t be complete without going to the public market for some last minute “Baguio goodies’ shopping.” Topping the list of my shopping list is a bunch of broccoli which I get for the steal price of P85 pesos.

Mines View Park - I really don’t usually go to Mines View. But since I went to Baguio also for some photo ops using my Canon DSLR, I decided to drop by to get some good landscape shots of the Mines View Deck.

It was a very pleasant and relaxing trip in Baguio paradise Philippines. Made me decide to come back again probably sometime in December.
